Forest Products Working Group Membership Application

If you are interested in applying for membership in GreenBlue’s Forest Products Working Group, please review the member eligibility requirements. If eligible, please submit the following application. GreenBlue will review the application within two-three weeks, and if approved you will receive an email confirming your membership and an invoice will be sent to your company. FPWG Member Eligibility Requirements

Membership in GreenBlue’s Forest Products Working Group is open to any for-profit company, government agency, or academic institution that complies with the following:

  • Demonstrates a substantial interest in the forest products and paper industry and is directly involved in the manufacture, use, or recovery of forest products
  • Acknowledges the principles embodied in the vision and mission statements of the Forest Products Working Group and agrees to act in conformance with and support both
  • Completes a membership application
  • Agrees to abide by the membership antitrust guidelines
  • Stays current in its membership dues to GreenBlue
  • Is approved for membership by GreenBlue, as advised by the Forest Products Working Group membership, based upon the foregoing compliance requirements

GreenBlue recognizes that non-governmental organizations/nonprofits and business leagues/associations are representative of forest products interests and important resources to the industry and consumers, but GreenBlue is not accepting applications from these organizations at this time. GreenBlue invites these organizations to attend open Forest Products Working Group meetings and encourages opportunities for open exchanges.

GreenBlue may refuse to renew the membership of any company that it determines, at its sole discretion, has engaged in behavior that harms the Forest Products Working Group or GreenBlue or disrupts the Forest Products Working Group activities. Membership in the Forest Products Working Group does not constitute membership in GreenBlue or in the Board of Directors of GreenBlue. Forest Products Working Group members who are not also members of GreenBlue Board have no voting or other rights in the governance of GreenBlue.
